and support relief efforts in Lebanon following the Beirut Explosion
This human and economic catastrophe comes at the heels of a financial collapse that has pushed 50% of the population into poverty, all in the midst of a global pandemic. The people of Lebanon are in dire need of your help.
Building on the universal love of good food, and of Lebanese food, participating Boston Restaurants have come together in an amazing show of human solidarity. Each Chef is creating their own take on the "Beirut Box" with special menu items inspired by Lebanese cuisine. Proceeds of the "Beirut Box" will be donated to the "Beirut Emergency Fund" hosted by SEAL. SEAL (Social and Economic Action for Lebanon) is 501(c)(3) organization which will donate 100% of the proceeds directly to vetted local non-governmental organizations providing relief assistance on the ground.
